# 💳 AI Credits and Subscription

Celestory offers several subscription tiers. Each one grants a different monthly AI generation quota, and some features — including several blocks marked with a star ⭐ — only unlock from a specific tier upward. This guide describes the actual tiers, what happens once the quota runs out, and how to change plans.

🔎 The usage gauge in the **AI Generation** window, and the silent behavior of the AI text request block, are already covered in other articles. This one focuses on the subscription itself.

## 🪜 The Four Tiers

### Free trial
A starter account, active for 15 days from account creation. Besides the monthly AI credit, it includes: 1 app, 1 Go of storage, behavioral statistics, team collaboration with web sharing (no export), document recognition, visual recognition, voice recognition, HTML5 AI app, JS code import, and the Iframe block.

### Personal plan (Pro)
Built for a solo creator: 5 apps, 1 Go of storage, a personal license.

### Business plan (Organization)
The professional tier: 100 apps, 500Go of storage, a corporate license, behavior charts, team work, mobile and desktop export, document recognition, visual recognition, voice recognition, an HTML5 AI app, JS code import, and the iframe block.

### Custom plan
No price is shown: its button leads to a sales meeting scheduler. This tier adds SSO authentication, additional projects, additional AI credits, additional storage, gamification creation, on-demand development, custom installation, and no-code AI training.

## 🧮 What Does an AI Credit Cover?

The monthly quota shown in the AI Generation window ("Monthly usage", with a reset date) covers:
- Text, Image, Video and Audio generations from the AI Generation studio,
- using the **AI text request** block in the graph, and the assistant that builds the graph for you.

Every model has a credit cost shown next to its name (e.g. "3 ©"), and that cost can differ from one model to another.

## 🔺 What Happens When the Quota Runs Out?

It depends on where you are:

- **In the AI Generation window** (Text, Image, Video, Audio): the generation fails and an error message is clearly shown on screen — this is not silent. The usage gauge turns red as soon as usage reaches the limit.
- **In the graph's AI text request block**: this behaves differently and is already documented elsewhere — in short, that block never signals a failure through a dedicated output, whatever the cause, quota included.

🔺 An expired subscription is not the same thing as an exhausted quota: an expired subscription cuts off access to entire blocks (see below), while an exhausted quota simply blocks the next generation until the monthly reset or an upgrade.

## 🔁 How to Change Plans

Open your account settings, **Subscription** tab. It shows your current tier and an **Upgrade** button, which opens the plan-selection page in a new tab. The same tab also has an **Activation code** field with a **Redeem** button, to apply a promo or gift code to your account.

On the plan-selection page, each tier has its own button (Start, Upgrade, Downgrade…); payment goes through an external provider, and an already-active subscription is redirected to its own management portal instead of a new checkout.

## ⭐ What About the Star Badge?

The claim already documented elsewhere is confirmed by the code: the star ⭐ shown in the add-block menu is a **subscription-tier** badge, not a credit-consumption indicator. Every block currently carrying that star — AI text request, HTTP Request, MCP, HTML5, Input Camera, Microphone, File selection — requires the **Business (Organization)** tier, never just Pro. A Pro or free-trial account cannot use them, even with AI credits left.
